Item itself is very useful and quality is good.It can precisely measure your BMI, weight, Body fat percentage, Visceral Fat Rate and basal metabolic rate.I strongly recommend any people to have this. (But the manual is written in Japanese, I can read a little bit so it's fine for me.)And another important thing to mention is their impressive serviceBecause USPS has some problem to deliver my item, I ask the seller for help,the seller tried very hard to contact USPS and finally I got my item!

Avoid! I bought this over one year and it was broken. I contacted Amazon and Amazon told me to contact the seller. The seller told me to return it back to Amazon and then they will refund me. I then contacted Amazon and Amazon refused to let me return it and never reply to me.

I can read Japanese so it's perfect for me. This scale is awesome!! It can measure muscle and fat on different part of your body, and compare those to people with your similar age. Highly recommend to those who can read Japanese. ( you can pretty much guess the meaning if you can read Chinese characters.)

I did't see "only in japanese", and for this reason, I cna't use in my job, like Phusical Education, because the manual and display are in japanese...I don't understand it.
