Super nice item :)
Item itself is very useful and quality is good. It can precisely measure your BMI, weight, Body fat percentage, Visceral Fat Rate and basal metabolic rate. I strongly recommend any people to have this. (But the manual is written in Japanese, I can read a little bit so it's fine for me.) And another important thing to mention is their impressive service Because USPS has some problem to deliver my item, I ask the seller for help, the seller tried very hard to contact USPS and finally I got my item!

Defective item over one year cannot return
Avoid! I bought this over one year and it was broken. I contacted Amazon and Amazon told me to contact the seller. The seller told me to return it back to Amazon and then they will refund me. I then contacted Amazon and Amazon refused to let me return it and never reply to me.

I can read Japanese so it's perfect for me
I can read Japanese so it's perfect for me. This scale is awesome!! It can measure muscle and fat on different part of your body, and compare those to people with your similar age. Highly recommend to those who can read Japanese. ( you can pretty much guess the meaning if you can read Chinese characters.)

Sadness!
I did't see "only in japanese", and for this reason, I cna't use in my job, like Phusical Education, because the manual and display are in japanese...I don't understand it.

How can you deliver goods to Europe without a manual at least in English?! so we got the device and can send it back immediately because there is no chance to use this device without explanation. All labels are in Japanese. Besides we had to pick it up from the customs duty and to pay 19% tax!

So I have for the last 2 year a scale which I cannot use!

Must be able to read Japanese!
I purchased this not realizing it was only in Japanese (so my fault in that department). Even after using the English instructions online it is near impossible to figure out. If you cannot read Japanese do not purchase!
