The Snowman: Vocal/Piano Score

I grew up watching "The Snowman" every year as a child--was always one of my favorite programs and the music is mesmerizing!...I remember by mother/sister having a piano book that broke each piece of the suite down that was simple enough to learn, while keeping the integrity of the musical pieces. Last holiday, or so, I was hoping to get that same book, or a comparable version of the the piano music for Christmas for my 'tween' nephews who were a few years into piano lessons.The book arrived and I was a bit disappointed to see that it was a full score, rather than the version that simple enough to enjoy and learn. I heard later from their mother that they hadn't really touched it because of it's difficulty. In sharing information about the product, it would be helpful to have a bit more description and guidance about the musical level (beginner, intermediate etc) so that buyers are able to better match which music book is best for their needs.

I always enjoyed this little film and the music that accompanies it. This is a piano/voice version of all of that lovely music.

This is a beautiful story with excellent music. My grandchildren, and even my elderly mother love this! It is a classic.

I didn't realize that it was the score to the whole movie, not individual songs, although it does say "piano score" so that should have tipped me off. It's fairly difficult, but it's beautiful and well adapted to the piano.

Very prompt delivery. I've loved The Snowman since my childhood and it's lovely to be able to play the music from the film. The piano score version is very good, I would definitely recommend.

I purchased this for my son who plays the piano. Listening to him play brings back fond memories at Christmas.

All my childhood memories came flowing back. The Snowman is a lovely film with an even lovelier score. I am so happy that I can finally play the music at home myself.
