I take magnesium every night to prevent muscle cramping and to aid me in sleep. I have been noticing lately that the regular magnesium is not helping me sleep as well as it was before. I ordered this brand and I could not be happier. I suffer from leg cramps at night, especially if I do not drink enough water. I have taken these supplements probably 4 times and I can confirm that every time I take these I fall asleep fast and I stay asleep the entire night, which was not true before I started taking them. Also, I have had zero leg cramps. This is now my favorite magnesium supplement. Excellent results. Highly recommend!

- I've bought these for a little over a year now. I will continue to buy these till the Drs figure out why he has such terrible spasms. These are the only thing I have found that has completely stopped the spasms. Prescribed muscle relaxers wouldn't even stop them. The best stuff ever. If he starts having a spasm i give him 2 and it helps relax his body enough to calm them back down till they're gone. I've only been taking this for about 2 weeks but I have noticed less cramping at night in my legs. I'm hoping after taking it for a while all the cramping will go away. I like how the potassium and magnesium are in one pill so I don't have to take multiple pills. I don't normally have a problem falling asleep at night but I do notice I sleep more soundly after taking this product. I will purchase again.

This is an update to my original review. I still love this product and am thrilled they now offer "subscribe & save" but have to mention I was disappointed with my last bottle which had 3 empty capsules. This product is not inexpensive and 3 capsules is one daily dose. Hoping it was just a one time thing but I hope biotree labs gets these reviews so this can be addressed.I have been using this product for over a year now. I continue to try other magnesium and potassium supplements that are less expensive but always come back to Relax 180 (just trying to be economical!) . I have muscle spasms in my legs, especially at night, and this product seems to be the best I have found ! Plus I don't have to take separate magnesium and potassium supplements, it all comes in these capsules. I do find that if I don't stay hydrated, the muscle spasms will bother me even with the Relax 180 so drinking plenty of water every day along with this supplement is key.

I've been taking this capsule supplement for years & thought I'd experiment to see if I really benefited from it by stopping it for a few weeks. In about a week, I noticed that my leg muscles began aching in spite of my regular stretching & daily walking. I went back on these & the aching went away after 5 days of putting these back in my system.

I’m just giving my review on this product it did nothing to me , I was going to send them back but found out I could not do that , so I put them down the Tolet. Would not buy again!!

I used to take another brand of magnesium/potassium but when they discontinued it, I panicked and started looking for the same thing elsewhere. This was the only product that contained the same ingredients and in the same dosage. When my mag levels dip, I start to experience heart palpitations and restless leg syndrome, and this is the only product that prevents these symptoms. So yes, this may keep me calm and relaxed which is a great thing and helps me to sleep better, but I would not want to live without this simply because it keeps my heart healthy.

My podiatrist diagnosed that I have arthritis of my right foot. Took Relax for 40 days, taking 3 capsules each time....didn't help at all! Am still in miserable pain.
