I have been using Coral Calcium since 2000 from Bob barefoot I used to talk to Bob's son-in-law on the phone who was running the business for helping and run the business Bob Barefoot was a chemical engineer who discovered using Coral Calcium from the coral reefs in Okinawa which is 99% the same makeup as our own bone does wonders for the body. I had systemic lupus and I started using yet and I was walking by the next day after 3 years of being bedridden. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because that used to come in a clear capsule and the Coral Calcium was a fine white powder. For some reason I feel that that one worked better. Did he change it and making these hard tablets I don't know. But it's still good it's still works for healing bones as long as you take 5000 iu's of Vit D3 a day are sit with your feet in the dirt no sunglasses for an hour a day in the Sun and drink 8 glasses of water (Cal for your body weight). a day. I saw an infomercial last summer (2010) with Bob Barefoot and Kevin Trudeau promoting Coral Calcium, and was kind of skeptical because I knew that all of Kevin's books had poor reviews. But something about Bob convinced me to check out what they were saying about the health benefits of Coral Calcium further. Bob said all we really need to be healthy is Water, Sunlight (Vitamin D), and Calcium - and that's it. And he talked about how most diseases could be traced back to an inefficiency of Calcium. Well, I'm mid twenties and I recently got kicked out of the nest. So at this point I'm just doing contract work (no benefits with my job), so I don't have health insurance. The only thing in the last 4 months that I've changed in my diet is taking Coral Calcium. I'm still eating exactly the same, which definitely isn't the healthiest I could be! However, since taking one pill in the morning and one in the evening, I have not been sick one day yet. And that's pretty incredible, which means I survived all the winter months with not much more than a sniffle, and that was with everyone at work having colds, the flu, and being so sick that they have to take a day or two off work. So, I don't know if it's the Coral Calcium, but like I said it's the only thing I've changed in my diet and I've been super healthy since, so I DEFINITELY recommend this product to anyone!!!!
