Great for on the go charging
Purchased this device before my trip to Vegas. Figured it would come in handy on the plane and while we're out and about to charge our phones/tablets. It certainly did come in handy while we were on the plane. I was able to keep my iPad and phone charged with juice leftover. It's a little too bulky to comfortably fit in my pocket (it would probably fit in men's jeans pockets fine), so I didn't use it much while we were out sightseeing. My husband has a smaller power bank so we ended up using it most of the time while we were running around.

the one I received looks like it's defective
Unfortunately, the one I received looks like it's defective. So far, it's been charging for 5 hours, and the battery indicator is still flashing one bar. I have 3 other Power Banks from other brands, so I'm very familiar with these chargers. I will contact customer support and see what they say.
