Will these work well with low clearance vehicles? My wife's car is a 2005 grand prix. My steel ramps are too steep - the bumper hits before the tires

They should. The top platform is only 6-1/2" high and it's 23 inches from the start of the ramp to start of the the top flat. So if you have 6-1/2" or more under the front bumper they should work.

Will these work with a 2020 f150?

Yes. I have a Expedition and the work great.

what is the height of the highest platform? (It has to be much less than the stated 6.3 inches; that's measured to the stop lip).

Never measured it. But for a low profile vehicle it is hell. Get a higher one if you can.

2021 4runner support?

It should be fine. My dodge charger over 4k lbs too but, make sure you also use jack stand or something else as safe support in case that Ramp fail because it just plastic.
