Charlie Munger: Life Lessons, Success, Principles and Mental Models from a Titan of Finance Kindle Edition

This book apparently was written for the 6th grade level, and still poorly done. Bad grammar leaves one wondering what the author really meant. "Berkshire and Hathaway"? The author mentions a talk Charlie Munger gave to Harvard University "where Munger claimed his title as a lawyer despite having no pre-law pre-law prerequisite course." Based on the placement of this story in the book, it happens AFTER Charlie Munger graduated from the Harvard Law School. Don't waste your money on this book. Even at $2.99, it is overpriced.

It is a horrible, trashy book which has been throwntogether in an evening. How many times can youincorrectly spell Buffett??? Not worth the $3 kindlecosts. I gave it one star because your system doesnot allow no stars. It is not worthy of Amazon.

This writing is so bad, so childish, that the author should be embarrassed. Munger may have a lot to say but Thorniley doesn't know how to say it. I read it in less than 10 minutes and I want my money back.

This book honestly sounds like it was written in an afternoon by an adolescent rushing to complete a 6th grade book report. If you enjoy wasting your money and killing time searching in vain for even a hint of meaningful content among the poorly constructed sentences and many mis-spellings then definitely buy this book. Otherwise don't bother.

Needs editing. A compendium of Munger's talks summarized for the life lessons they teach. Lacks a real pace or story hook, after a brief biography.

It feels like someone was outsourced to write this book from a collection of articles. Some typos and short book in general.

I appreciated Dave adding both a brief account of Charlie's life and the points of his best speeches. Charlie has a tremendous amount of knowledge.

Have read better than this one. I like almanac more than this one. It’s ok for a new reader to Charlie munger.

Poorly written. Not engaging. No real useful content. Reads like a school project that is a bad rewrite of the content of a google search.

It is a must read for anyone to improve and grow. The book provides a great insight into human thinking and psychological bias.

Great book. Too many lesson to be learned from this book. I got to come back and learn more and more.
