Q: Did they change the size of the leg holes based on the previous model? This is our second and we are super disappointed in the size of the leg holes.

It's completely unusable for us. The leg holes are so small that removing our baby is a frustrating exercise of gymnastics.

Q: Can this be attached to a round table?

I have attached mine to a round table, but it must be sturdy and not have a lip...which you rarely find. As "db rd" said, it is recommended to only attach to a square or rectangle table. The lip on the table and sturdiness though are really the main components. The table must be flush for at least 5 inches to get the best grip.

Q: Does it have a firm seat?

The seat is not firm, its fabric materials, soft on the baby's bum and helps it to be more compact when stored away or in transport. Side note - make sure the tables being used are not center supported but rather 4 legs outside supported. and also the table surface needs to be flat on the top and on the bottom or else the clamps won't support properly. Great seat!...(for the right tables).

Emily W. YES! It is super secure. You tighten it yourself so you are able to make it as tight / loose, close to the tabletop you are attaching to or as far away as you would like. We absolutely LOVE ours. My husband always tightens it simply because he essentially attaches it like a death grip to the table but that isnt really necessary. It is awesome and creates a secure attachment to wood tables, stone top tables, plastic tables, etc. One thing to make sure is that the table itself is stable. We have been sat at a couple of wobbly leg tables and although the chair is sturdy, the table is not. Just a heads up on that -- just asked to be moved. :) Enjoy the lobster!
