Aurora Batman Batplane Reissue Polar Lights

Very awesome model! To spite some of the reviews I read about warped pieces or ill fitting parts, mine was practically flawless. It went together fine with no big seams to contend with. The Batman & Robin figures (busts) are impossibly small to have to paint, but toothpicks and patience will do it. Makes a great addition to my collection.

I thought the wings were all warped and awful - they fit great. Overall, a fun retro build that was chugging along just dandy till I started to apply the decals. The decals were HORRIBLY weak and shattered when transferring. No replacements available, so I guess I’ll have to mask and paint by hand. Overall, I’ve had bad luck with Polar Lights decals. They always look better on the sheet, but have never performed well for me.
