Best of Peter Green (Recorded Versions: Guitar)

They sent this book to me fast, so that's good. Hard to find songbooks of Mr. Greenbaum's work anymore, so I'm grateful to find anything with his stuff, limited as it may be.

Probably my favorite guitarist and also one of the best vocalists in his heyday. Peter Green had a style and touch that made the other great players of the time both admire Peter as well as try to emulate his playing. It's great to experience the music up close of a man who is so influential and charismatic a player.

great songbook

Amazing standard notation and guitar tablature book. 99.9% correct. So more than good enough for a 25 year player like me. I love Peter Green and this book is perfect. Easy to read clear notation, unlike some who's writing is tiny. Heart felt blues classics, timeless brilliance through and through. I own many tab books but this will be my favourite for the next year or so. I'm going to start on page 1, Albatross and finish on page 125, The Supernatural. Great to have a couple of Blues breakers classics included too. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great book, I wasn't even that big a Peter Green fan before I got this, I knew maybe a few songs like Man of the World, Albatross and Need Your Love So Bad mainly, but since I've got it I've taken the whole book nearly religiously and it is a fantastic collection of songs by a legendary guitar player, everything feels dead on accurate and I just love playing out of it, probably more than any other tab book I own and my I own a lot! Long story short you won't regret it if you have any slight love for Peter Green or the early Fleetwood Mac you'll enjoy it without a doubt, some of the best guitar work ever recorded.
