Anyone use these for face rolling like the Yamuna Face Ball?

Are these the same quality as the "yoga tune up balls"? how do they compare? how are these different from a lacrosse ball? differences? thx!

No idea what yoga tune up balls are... but I do know these feel a lot better than a lacrosse ball. I used to use a tennis ball until I found these. I tried these and some other brand, but the different densities on these are excellent. If you get this set and two peanut shaped balls from the same company (I recommend blue for the peanuts) you'll be able to work on all parts of your body. My bare minimum travel pack is the green ball and a blue peanut (double roller or whatever rad calls them).

How firm is the blue one? Like a lacrosse ball? Or like a racquetball? Or something else?

All are the same firmness: not as firm as a lacrosse ball, but harder than a tennis ball. Like those bouncy balls you can buy in the vending machines at the grocery store.
