This book claims to have access to the online platform yet has nothing printed in the “clé d’activation” section and there is no way to contact the seller......

Double printed and unreadable text.
Many pages on this book are double printed and unreadable. Unfortunately, I cannot return it as I have brought it back to Europe.

Lo mejor, el acceso al e-learning
El libro tiene ejemplos prácticos como los que tendrás en el exámen, pero lo mejor es la plataforma web a la que tienes acceso al comprar el libro. Yo la usé más que el propio libro. Y sí, aprobé el B2!

cd and online activation doesn't work
Im extremely disappointed that the CD doesn't work. I've tried 3 different CD players and I can't hear anything. I know there's no problems with my CD players because they are able to play other CDs I own. The main reason I bought this book was to listen to B2 level audio but it really sucks that its not possible.Also I tried activating the online portion of this book but that didn't work either. It would of been nice being able to still study for the B2 on my laptop without needing to carry the book. There is audio available online but I don't have access to that either. Im just very frustrated that they produced something with major errors, half of its components are inaccessible. I tried emailing the company about 5 days ago, still no response.

Crumpled on the edges
When the package arrived, the carton is already opened, I don’t know why. I checked the book inside, it’s okay. But the weird thing is... there are 1 VCD and 1 small correction book, those made the text book is a little bit crumpled on the edges. The delivery is faster than the due date.

Bueno para estudiar, no llego en condiciones optimas
Me ha servido bastante el libro para estudiar para el DElF. Lo unico malo, llego despegado
