Worst product, Don't buy
Don't buy any hearing product online. They are making fool to customers. Hearing aid company claims that their products are not selling online. I have purchased this product, soon after 01 month the hearing aid has become defective. Now the phonak naida authorised service centre has refused to repair or provide services view the machine has purchased online. I also request Amazon to black list and initiate legal action against these shopkeepers, they are spoiling your brand. I'm also logging a complaints against seller of this company in near future.
