Feels great, improves the squeeze
Fantastic buy! Really improved the grip and ability to squeeze with my hand without adding too much width. Also fits perfectly on the handle, was alot easier to get on than I had thought, boiled some water in a bowl in the microwave then placed the grip in it for a few minutes, put the front end on then lightly stretched the back end on, then just wiggled up one end then the other a little at a time until it was all the way up. The left over water was enough lubricant so didn't need windex like some say. Feels great in the hand and helps the squeeze since I cant get too high on the grip with my left hand on micro compacts. I would suggest you get one, doesn't grab on my t shirt too much either.

VERY Easy Install If You Do It By The Numbers. Works with Crimson Trace Laser Grip also!
Phenomenal grip for frames that are a bit small for your hand. They also decrease the time to drawthe pistol in a proper firing grip and reduce felt recoil and muzzle flip. I just installed a pair on a 3rd Sig 365 pistol and each took less than 5 minutes. Here's what I suggest: 1) Unload the weapon and remove the slide (It's just easier to manipulate the frame without moving parts) 2) Cut and fold the plastic "shoehorns" per instructions and set aside. 3) Stretch the grip in all directions per instructions. Stretch around the inside of the grip a couple of revolutions (different directions of stretch) using incrementally increasing force as you go. You do need to put some forearm into it, but no need to be a Gorilla...I tore the first one I ever tried. 4) Drop the grip into boiling water for a good 2-3 minutes. Remove and pay dry with paper towel. From here on you want to move rapidly while the grip is still warm; not hurried, just purposefully and methodically. 5) Repeat step 3 on the warmed grip. 6) Spray frame and inside of grip generously with Windex per instructions. 7) WITHOUT USING THE SHOEHORNS, start the beaver-tail over the back of the frame. Holding the beaver-tail firmly in place, using 1 or two fingers inside the grip, stretch the front lip over the front of the frame. This should NOT require a great deal of force. Now you can start working the grip over the frame. 8) Once you can no longer move the grip onto the frame, slide the "shoehorns" into the sides of the grip between grip and frame. (You may decide to slide into the front and back of the grip; I found this a bit more frustrating). 9) Continue sliding the grip into place and rotating it for perfect alignment to the frame, as necessary. Remove the shoehorns. Congrats. You did it! For my latest install, the big question was, "Will I be able to fit the Crimson Trace Laser-Grip onto the weapon with the Hogue Handall in place?". The answer was a resounding "Yes!"

Fits like a glove. Can be installed in less than 10 minutes with no tools.
I didn't think this grip was going to make much of a difference since I already liked the factory grips on the sig p365, but it made a huge difference! It's one of those things that you have to try to know what you're missing out on. It didn't make the my gripping the gun thick and bulky like I thought it might do. Instead it added some comfort to my hand. It feels smooth and feels like I'm gripping onto a soft gummy bear. I also like that when the gun is in a pocket holster with this grip on it that it adds additional slip protection to help keep the gun in place in my pocket. I read other reviews and comments and a lot of people were having issues getting this grip to go on the gun. I didn't experience any issues. I did not have to soak it in water like others stated they had to do to get it to go into the gun. It's not going to slide on super easily but you wouldn't want it to slide on super easily because if it did slide on super easily than that means it could slide off easily too. Also, I want to mention that this grip does not use a retaining pin like other model Hogue grips I've used. In total I had the grip on in less than 10 minutes. It requires good finger dexterity and grip to install without difficulty. This will be most likely be the least expensive and favorite accessory that I will add to my Sig P365. I would definitely purchase another one.

Enhanced Grip and Feel
Made my Sig 365 feel totally different. Makes my large hands feel so much better with the Grip Sleeve. Aside from the additional no slip feature the grip allows me to make a much firmer grip on the pistol. The fit is perfect. It takes a bit of "umph" to put it on, but with a blow dryer to heat it up it goes on easier. Highly recommended.

Stop Listening to Installation Horror Stories
After reading the instructions on the installation, I couldn’t bring myself to cut the plastic strips from the packaging to install this grip sleeve. OMG! That, and the poor souls that wrung their hands at even the thought of something remotely physical. I’m 74-years-old. What are you out if you don’t start with the plastic strips? If it doesn’t work for you, then cut the stupid strips and start over. Heat the grip sleeve in a coffee cup with boiling water for 5 minutes. Take it out. Stretch it. Windex the grip and the grip sleeve. Start with the beaver tail side at the rear of the pistol grip and use a finger or two to start the front of the sleeve onto the front of the pistol grip. Once it’s on just keep pushing it on to where it’s supposed to be with a towel. Make the adjustments for your middle finger and centering by a little more twisting and pulling. IT’S NOT THAT DIFFICULT!

It's comfy but it's weird to draw with the extra stickiness.
It's a pain to get on but once it's on, it's completely on. They recommended Windex to lubricate the grip sleeve but I found that hand sanitize works even better. How to: -Boil/heat a cup of water, let the grip sit inside of a cup for 5 minutes. -Slap on a GENEROUS amount of hand sanitizer on the grip module. -Put the rear on then stretch the front on. This step is by far the hardest part. -Wiggle into place and boom, it's done! The goods: -It has a small palm swell and fits very nicely in your hand -It doesn't bulk up the grip too much, just enough to make it feel like you have a full grip The bads: -Due to it being rubber, it grips onto your clothing when you draw from a concealed holster (for both IWB and OWB) -The beavertail creates a hotspot on the webbing of your hand if you shoot for a long time. I used it for a 500 round range session and although it made a more secure grip, I think I'll have to modify it a bit more to make it not hurt the webbing between my thumb and index finger

Very Nice Grip
It takes quite a bit of force to install this. I just ended up using muscle power and nothing else, but the instructions recommend using Windex or some other lubricant to install. I stretched it out to get it initially on the frame, then grabbed it on one end and PULLED, then alternated to the other side and PULLED again, after about 5 minutes of alternating each side, I managed to get it in the correct position. Once you get it installed it is a wonderful grip. Matches my P365 perfectly and makes the correct grip very natural and comfortable. Its made out of a VERY TOUGH rubber material with a great texture. The "Beavertail" on the back cushions the recoil of the firearm (which can be a bit jarring on the P365, since its so small). It is surprisingly affordable for such a high-quality grip, a very good value.
