Offray Matte Purple Raffia Ribbon, 1/4'' Wide, 100 Yards, 7MM

Very nice, flat gold raffia. It's strong, but workable. I love it. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I'm very happy with this and would buy again. Buying items like this online can be risky for me because quality and texture is hard to discern in photos, and I'm picky. I also really dislike returning things, so I usually eat the cost of things that aren't up to my standards. Thank goodness this was exactly what I wanted! I'd bought some similar raffia at a craft store before buying this, and while that ribbon, I prefer this. because it's more consistent in texture and width and has a higher quality look overall. I use raffia as a ribbon around a kraft tuck box as gift wrap for my online shop. I wanted something natural and biodegradable - I hate contributing excess plastic waste to our waterways. It's a bonus that the quality is higher and the cost is the same to what I was using before.

Love this ribbon for wrapping gifts.

Love the bright color great for wrapping gifts with multiple colirs

I bought this material as an alternative to raffia to make a Tahitian hip hei (sort of looks like a tutu make out of grass). This material is excellent to work with and a cheaper alternative. It's sort of a crushed paper ribbon that comes about an 1/4" wide but can be pulled open and spread to about 1/2"-1" wide if need be. It's pretty sturdy considering it is all paper. It's only downfall is that I would fear getting it wet. I'm not sure how well it would hold up to water.

great product

This product was durable and easy to work with. Tying bows was simple and the product did not rip. Would buy again.

Used these in a "sunshine" bags for our admin assistants. Fun great addition to the bags.

Si piensas en algo ligero para usar como cordón de alguna caja, esto puede ayudarte. Pero es ligero si lo quieres para ejercer alguna fuerza al anudarlo. El material es bonito... su resistencia no es mucha.

hi, this is a great tie. it blends into plant, is very strong, does not break, and could even add to total look of plant. I use it on orchids, love it

I did not pay attention to the material it is made of. Unfortunately not what I was looking for.

Util

No es rafia, el material es de papel no sirve como rafia qué es un material sintético, una decepción total
