I would have to say I disagree with the previous answer — I wore these for the very first time while walking around a city for five hours, and my feet didn't hurt at all afterwards!

8.5 definitely go bigger. I can go between a 9 and a 10 depending on make of shoe and brand so I went with 9.5 and I should have gotten a 10

No, but i take a piece of sandpaper and roughen up the bottoms,they are not so slippery.
