Foam Soccer Balls Cat Toys

Keep reordering because my cat loves these. She’s now 14 and she’s been playing with these her whole life. Out of all her toys, these are her babies that she carries around and plays with. I buy a new pack about every two to three years. They’re soft, they’re bouncy and perfect light to carry. However once they start getting torn up, I throw them away so she’s not eating the bits that fall off.

When I first bought these, I was very disappointed because my cats didn't seem to want to play with them. After a while, however, I found that they were suddenly getting into them. One of my cats naturally plays fetch (not sure why, since I never tried to teach her, but hey, gift horses), and she LOVES doing so with these little bouncy balls and batting/chasing them all over. They are very durable. Though the older ones have some little nips in them, they are still perfectly functional and none have fallen apart. Having bought multiple packages of these since, I've realized the initial problem with the toys. Cats have a strong sense of smell and the initial plasticky, chemical scent (which is strong enough that even I dislike it) puts cats off. Over time, the toys off-gas or something and the smell goes away and then they're fine. I haven't tried any methods for speeding this process up; I have enough old toys that I leave the new ones to just sit in the toy bin and by the time I pull a new one out because an old one was mysteriously lost, the smell has already dissipated. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars for the gas smell. However, since that is an issue that goes away and since the toys are very good products for the money in all other ways, I am giving 5 stars.

I got these foam soccer balls for a kitten in our adoption room, he never stops moving and he loves to play “fetch”. These balls are perfect because they bounce super high and he can carry them around. Highly recommend if you have kittens.

My cat loves these and they are everywhere in my house. She chases them, picks them up with her claws and carries them around. I buy them for everyone I know who has cats. My favorite part, you can step on them without destroying your feet or the toy. Wouldn't recommend for a household with pups. I would be concerned about them possibly eating them.

These are incredible toys for cats. I’ve bought them probably ten times over the years. I toon ine star off because there appears to have been a change in the manufacturing process. The balls are now less foamy and more rubbery. This gives them more density- which means you can’t play as aggressively. The old balls were safer. Still a greet product, but thus change was not a good one for cats

My cat and I knock these back and forth to each other In the hallway. I had another cat who retrieved them. Fun exercise for my cats. I don’t let them get too tired though. I put these in a mesh laundry bag periodically and add it to a load of laundry to wash them.

My Cat's aspirations of being a Soccer Star took one step closer when these balls arrived. They are the perfect combination of squishy and bouncy. ( They have the consistency of a slightly squishier/bouncier make-up blender. ) My cat loves them so much I had to order more because apparently, he's aspiring to be a juggler too. Also fun for humans, I can lightly kick it against a wall and it'll bounce back. Sometimes my cat will join in and it's fun for everyone.

I purchased these 3 years ago and I'm back to buy more since I lost them all but 1. My cat's love them so much. From memory yes there is a smell but that's expected for foam. The smell went away after a month.
