Lousy after sales service - after 3-4 unsucessfulattempts to get leakage problem resolved, seller does not even answer phone calls!!. Product useless if it leaks.

Good overall build and pipe quality. Liked the fact it’s pre assembled.Feel that the same frame build quality is not extended to the handle that is used to reel in an extended pipe it’s weak in build the plastic handle isn’t sturdy enough especially the joints. So just for this I am unlikely to buy it again.So I am back to where I started in search for a better product and this was a poor decision to buy.

The media could not be loaded.  Quality is not sturdy, rewinding of pipe was not possible due to slip of mechanism. Plastic quality found ordinary.
