Great for a butter cake or familiar taste
From what I have seen online Madagascar is the golden standard of the vanillas but to me it’s very sweet and buttery so I’ve only used it in a butter cake so far. Maybe I should try it in a vanilla blend to see what its baking ability is. It was easy to pour and not thick like a paste and I had no problems with the bottle.

Lid and covering sticky as if there was a leak
We enjoy using this high quality vanilla. Our bottle was delivered today and although the plastic seal was still on the lid it felt sticky and opened pretty easily. It seemed to all be there but it does make me rather uneasy. Just wanted someone to know and wasn’t sure where to list it.
