Great Renewed Watch, Great Value
This purchase has been a bit of a journey, in part due to shipping, and in part due to a faulty accessory. I'll start with the watch itself as it is in great condition and work my way down. The watch was delivered with a 7% battery, which I was able to charge with some finagling, which I'll cover a little later. The setup process was a bit involved, but not bad, and the watch is now synced nicely with my Galaxy Note 10+.The features do not disappoint! Having come from a cheap smart watch, my expectations weren't too high. The step count is incredibly accurate, the sensors can tell when I'm working out! (The first time I had to jog after my 6 year old when he took off down the street, the watch gave me encouragement to keep working out.)The number of apps available is astounding! I suppose that's to be expected from a big name like Samsung, but boy, do they ever work well! I never thought I would enjoy reading texts or e-mails on such a small screen, but replying is about as tedious as one might expect. The shipping was less than ideal, but that was due to poor weather globally. Can't fault them for that! When the option for a refund came up, I sprang for it, which Amazon facilitated quickly. The watch was supposed to come on Valentine's Day, but didn't come until 2/22. Upon its arrival, I contacted Amazon to repay for it as I don't like to take advantage of people, even if they are large corporations. As for the charger, what was included in the box definitely wasn't the charger meant for this watch, which the watch reminds me of every time I put it on the included charger. Fortunately for me, my phone has power sharing, which works like a charm. Power sharing is NOT an ideal nor permanent solution, so I reached out to Amazon once again. Upon explaining my dilemma, they sprang to action by offering a replacement for me to buy, and they would offer an Amazon credit equal to its value. I know some wouldn't go for this solution as they prefer cold hard cash, but as often as I frequent my Amazon cart, it was an ideal solution for me. The option they suggested is an updated version of the charger, so I'm getting something better for essentially nothing. All in all, the service and communication was great, the product works very well and is comfortable on my wrist. I'd certainly recommend anyone with the patience to deal with a renewed item to give it a try!Sure, there were a few hiccups, but the contact and service were exemplary, which is why I gave it full marks.

Perfect condition after weeks of use, even though "renewed" when purchased
I bought this watch "renewed" (not brand new) because I was already using a Galaxy Watch model DF52, very similar in features but with no SIM, and I wanted to be able to receive and send phone calls and texts from the watch without having my phone nearby, but did not want to spend $300+ on a new watch just for that one feature. Well, I found this "renewed" item, and at a $100 less than brand new, I could justify the purchase. When the watch came just 3 days later, it was in perfect condition. Not a scratch or a stain anywhere, the accessories (strap, charger, cable) were all there and even had protective film in all the right places. The Amazon product description said "Unlocked," whatever that covers, so I took it to the local Verizon office, and for $10/month added to my cell phone bill, they activated this watch to send and receive calls and SMS at the same number as my cell phone. This was a couple of months ago, and I have been using it every day with no trouble whatever in any of the functions--GPS, exercise tracking, notifications from my apps on my phone, my Google calendar (automatically refreshed), the built-in apps (including Contacts that automatically syncs to my phone), reading email without keeping the phone nearby, and making/receiving phone calls and texts. The battery life is good, and though this 46-mm model 6AE0 watch is larger than my older 42-mm, it is still a great-looking watch. Sleep tracking is as lackluster as it is on all such devices: unable to measure the magnetic field around your brain, they all rely on your movements and heart rate, and so a boring movie that you watch from the couch will count as a couple of hours of sleep.

Great deal, only one problem!
To start, this watch is beautiful and there is not a scratch on it. Original box with bar codes and wireless charger. Battery is at or below 80% after 24 hours use and acts like it may last several days, and I use it a lot. I skew the battery life because I throw it on the charger for brief periods of I am in the shower or doing something I think might damage it. It is an amazing device and I set up LTE at AT&T without problems. One unfortunate issue that should be a deal breaker for almost everyone and would be for me had I known. It won't synch up with a wireless headset. I tried many times with four different bluetooth sets and two of them were Samsung brand. (I personally find Samsung is great, but is easiest to use with other Samsung products) This kills my ability to use the phone and music in public. The phone works with the watch speaker, which is adequate, but I don't want to play Dick Tracy in the mall. You can use wireless earbuds through the phone but the point of getting LTE was to not carry the phone. This is the ONLY problem I have had and may be a flaw with my watch, and could be why it is a refurb but it is the pinhole that lets the air out of the whole balloon. Waited because I saw flaws in earlier watches and the price of this one was a bit high, but this refurb was priced right. GET A GALAXY WATCH! But make sure you get all the features. This thing is incredible. To bad about this one. I will use it but I am not untethered like I should be.
