It’s a really good sprinkler, I have one inside my house for when I mop lol jk but really it’s a great product it covers alot .

I bought three of these sprinklers. I really like how well you can control volume of water along with controlling the width and lenght of the spray. I only want to water my flower beds, so these sprinklers are the best. BUT...their warranty is amazing. I bought this sprinkler in 2020 and just broke off two of the control tabs. The Wisconsin sun is brutal on plastic. I emailed the company, sent a photo along with my Amazon receipt and a new sprinkler showed up in less than a week. From now on, I will only purchase from this company. Great products, great customer service and an awesome warranty. I think you will be very happy with any of their products.

Updated 8/19/2021 - we've had severe water shortage issues here all summer long. the conserve every last drop i only use these sprinklers now. i have several and couldn't be happier with how they have worked out. you can customize the watering area unlike any other i've ever used. the first one purchased years ago had one of the adjustment tabs snap off. but considering the years it worked outside in the elements having a bit of plastic break is not unexpected. that said it still works fine just not as easy to use as the newer ones we have. If you don't want to waste water go with these sprinklers to get the job done.years ago in a bind i made a trip to the nearest ace store and this was the only one they had in stock so i got it. it was the best accident in regards to watering i've ever had. we have a larger property to maintain with many sizes and shapes to water. we also have severe water shortages nearly every year now. so wasting water isn't an option as every DROP COUNTS!this sprinkler is great because first off you can adjust the width and angles from both sides however you need. on the sprinkler itself is a dial so you can adjust water flow/pressure. none of ours has ever gotten 'stuck' or had any other sort of problem.our first one lasted until we got hit with a bad hail storm that smashed up a lot of things like our roof, windows and the sprinkler which did not survive. we have had the second unit now for about three years now again with now problems. our drought continues to worsen as do water restrictions. i wanted to have a spare on hand because none of the dozens of different type sprinklers we've ever used has come close to the flexibility, micro precision that we get from this. we cannot water anything that doesn't need it, especially not the road, driveway, walkway, etc.consequently i wanted to have a spare like this on hand because eventually all things break. i could not find this type sprinkler in any of our local stores this time around but searched here with success. while it may not look like all that different from other sprinklers when it comes to how it works you'll immediately see the difference.if you have more than just a square or rectangle of grass to water i.e. small areas different shapes and sizes? if you don't want to waste water or have water restrictions to cope with. if you want to make watering easier? then this is IMHO the best option i have found to date. if there are better models out there i have not tried them yet.this is one of the few products where i am a repeat customer because it works far better for my needs than any other i've tried. i couldn't recommend this more highly!

This is a metal version of very high quality. It's working great. Worth the extra cost over plastic ones, in my opinion.

Really like the 3-way motion adjustment, allowing me to water a narrow side yard or garden, as well as larger areas. Also nice to have the auto shut-off on the unit so one doesn't get a burst of water in the face while moving it.But the 5-star rating is heavily influenced by the company's quickly honoring their guarantee commitment. My sprinkler's width adjustment tabs broke off, probably a result of too much time in hot southern NC sun last summer. I went to their website and submitted a complaint, as the loss of the tabs rendered the width adjustment almost impossible to use. Within a day, I received an email from their customer service offering to ship me a brand-new replacement. A week later, the replacement arrived as promised. It's working just as described. Great company, great product.

Some of you may be thinking,“Ha ha, a cheap replacement for the ever more expensive Gardena sprinkler. I wouldn’t blame you at 125 bucks a pop for the German monster. This sprinkler is a quarter of the price and I can recommend it, with some caveats.Numero UnoThe designer who came up with those little tabs to adjust the width of the spray should wear a badge of shame for the rest of his life. For another .001 cent of plastic thickness he could’ve avoided the problem. They are wimpy beyond belief and incredibly easy to break particularly after the sprinkler has been left out in the sun. Which is what happens to sprinklers. So knowing that, if you bend down and make the adjustment moving them incredibly carefully, never forcing them, you can get three or four years out of these things.The design is superior to the Gardena in someways because you can adjust the width of spray on either side independent of the other. With those aforementioned little wimpy tabs. The sprinkler is particularly good for watering wide long spaces like flower borders. It will go far wider than the Gardena. But Be aware if you have low pressure there is a bit of flow restriction in this unit and it won’t put out as much water as the Gardena.Problem number two. It doesn’t come with a timer. My solution to this problem is to buy the expensive German Gardena water timer that is clockwork driven like the cheapo’s. The reason is it does not limit flow. All of the other ones do, I’ve tried them all. They are made for drip systems, not sprinklers. You can easily attach the timer to the coupling on this sprinkler, make to female, but the problem is, if the hose is heavy at all it will cause the hose to pull down the end of the oscillating unit and jam the oscillating action. A stuck sprinkler. The answer is not perfect but it’s a workable solution. Just put the timer on the hose bib. That will mean you will have to walk back to the faucet to turn the sprinkler on.Given those limitations, these things are an incredible bargain. Particular if you want to water square or rectangular spaces with real precision to avoid wasting water during these droughty times.Plus I kind of dig the orange and black color.

I have owned a number of these things over the years and this is by far the best. They seem to have thought about everything including a tool to clear plugged nozzles. The ability to set the coverage for 2 dimensions is fantastic and is something that really sets this product apart from the competition. I highly recommend this product. This is all plastic and I would have bought the metal version in hind sight. I don't know how but the graphics showing you how the "width" setting works could be improved. Reading the manual put me in the know. :-)

It is a water sprinkler that basically works well, it is a little hard to adjust the spray flow while the sprinkler is running. I didn’t read the directions carefully, mainly because I have had a few of these over the years, so I didn’t understand what the adjustment fixture on the side was for and figured it out as it was spraying. I buy nothing but Melnor with a timer, they are the best!!

Love this sprinkler. Easy to set up with lots of adjustments. Wide spread area covered when being used.

The only issue is that I couldn’t seem to attach the hose to completely seal to the sprinkler. There is always a tiny leak, but maybe the issue is with my hose.I wish this product had a gauge that would allow me to choose a lower pressure glow for small areas.Otherwise, I am happy with the product..
