This was so fun at the beach and also at the creek for water play. We caught lots of fish and (unfortunately) jellyfish and were able to release them alive back into the water. It’s durable except the top came off and I just tied it back on. Great for kids.

This is possibly one of the best “ critter containers “ we have ever had. And with my son, trust me, we’ve had a ton. The durability of this plastic and the rope handle is incredible. The plastic is super thick so you don’t have to worry about it crushing in, and the handle material is super thick. We have had this thing FULL of water with a trout in it and it worked perfect. We’ve had crabs, toads, frogs, butterflies, bugs, I mean everything in this thing. I love it. Only “ negative “ thing I would have to say is, the lid is a little tricky to snap on, for me sometimes & especially my kids, but I’m not complaining too much because you don’t want it popping off wash when your kids just spent 45 minutes chasing the said butterfly inside it lol. Overall, it’s easy to say this is on of the best purchases I’ve ever even made on Amazon!!

We used it at the beach for the first time recently. It was great at collecting ghost crabs and being able to see them. My biggest grief is the lid. It appears hot glue was used to connect the lid to the handle and that has come off. I fear we might lose the lid and I’ll need to hot glue it on again. A better way to keep the lid on should be looked into.

Bought this to keep the kids entertained at the beach. They loved it. They spent hours building little creature habitats, catching them, observing, and then safely releasing them.

This was so fun! We had a great time in Florida with this toy. We caught a jelly fish and the kids could see it from all sides. It’s a have to have for the beach. Love it! Great quality and perfect size for traveling.

This has been a must for my children this summer. We bring it to every beach and their friends have been loving it as well. They’ve caught turtles, crayfish, minnows, frogs, etc. and have been able to observe with this. It’s been so fun for them. Very durable.
