FIts As Expected
I'm a waist 34. I ordered the Large. They fit perfectly snug without leaving imprints on my skin. I can also roll the waist band up to raise shorts on the crotch and leg area. I find myself doing this so I can have more room to kick higher. They accommodate a cup/underwear very well also. I wash them inside out and hang dry them. They have held out well. I wash them at least 3 times a week. The designs on the side are a shiny silver material if anyone wants to know. You can't see it well in the picture provided here. The back of the shorts do not say anything or have any cheesing "Eyes". LOL

Perfect combination of fit and looks
I bought 2 different pairs of Thai trunks at the same time I purchased these Fairtex Punisher trunks. I had to return the others and will be instead buying more pairs of the Fairtex brand. These shorts are absolutely perfect and do an excellent job of providing room for all the various kick and knee strikes, while at the same time not being so dang short that you run the risk of exposing yourself like the other brands seemed to be lol. Made in Thailand is the only way to go as far as I'm concerned when it comes to Thai Boxing trunks. I highly recommend this brand, and the Punisher ones are just truly badass. BTW, I'm 6ft and 230lbs and the XL fits perfectly.

Good trunks if you like paying for nifty logos/art (don't lie, most of us do)
Good Thai shorts, when I cut weight I wear a US 36 waist and these fit fine, otherwise I'm a 38 and they're a little tight, probably go with the 3L instead if you're on the fence. They're Thai shorts, so if you've never worn them they're shorter than you're thinking, but if you want to go around kicking the ceiling they're the ticket. I've thrown them in the washer/dryer dozens of times with no issue. You pay more for the logo, (both the brand and the decoration) but if you like wasting money on martial arts gear like I do you'll enjoy these trunks.

Defective Product Design
I love Fairtex shorts and gear, 70% + of my kickboxing gear is Fairtex and they generally make a great product, but these shorts are terrible. After their 4th wear/ wash cycle, the gold material that overlays the Fairtex logo on the front of the shorts is starting to peel off. After 4 washes, really?! I wash my kickboxing clothing immediately after practice on the permanent press cycle (cold/cold, mild agitation) because it is sweaty not grossly soiled. I have no reason to believe that the shorts sent to me were uniquely defective, the manufacturer did a poor job of selecting a material that would stand up to repeated washes.

great look, great fit
Im about 6'1" 215 lbs and wear a size 36-37 in pants the. The XL fit very nice. feels very light and made with good quality. love the color and graphic of this one. Not too tight around waist. the length can be long considering the way most people wear their Thai shorts these days. if you like that then your good. I just folded the top over once and I find that to be perfect for training. (can roll it down again if I run to store after, to not look too ridiculous). don't really need to wear spandex or other shorts below and can wear boxer briefs without them showing ,WHICH ALSO MEANS! no worries about your nuts swinging free as they are not that wide on my legs. its baggy around the hips then tapers at the end for a great unrestricted fit for high knees and high kicks. I do have some meat on my legs, so if you have very thin legs these may be baggy on ya.

Hope you have huge legs
These shorts leg openings were huge. The waist fit great, but I looked like I was wearing some weird dress. Returned cause it was definitely a style thing. They looked and felt great, just not my size.

I am a size 34 waste, so I ordered a large
I am a size 34 waste, so I ordered a large. The problem is, the waist is too tight, but the length is too long. I thought about going up a size to XL, but that would only make them even longer and would make them look ridiculous like basketball shorts. Fix the length/width issue and these would be great. Until then, I give only 2 stars, because fit is extremely important to a fighter

Quality
188cm (6'2") and 86kg (190lbs) size 32-34ish waist depending on brand and the "Large" fits absolutely perfect. Tried "XL" and was sent back as they just felt a little too bulky all around.
