I have been extremely pleased with the quality of these hooks. The design made me nervous at first, but after using a few of them on bags and straps I have made, they have proven to be quality hardware.

These trigger snap hooks are the best quality you'll find on amazon. I've ordered several from different sellers, but none compare to these. If you make crafts and pride yourself in making quality products, although these are pretty pricy for what they are, the quality is impeccable. The triggers are smooth gliding, the finish isn't painted on with cheap paint that scratches off easily like others, and they have a quality feel to them.

Bought this for my dogs leash I made (hes about 20lbs) He was able to pull free and run around... gotta find something more heavy duty for him
