These are good connectors, not subtle - a bit clunky but they do the job

Useful if a little fiddly
These gold plated adaptors allow you to connect a banana plug to a binding post - useful if you need it. Can be a bit fiddly and check your clearances at the back of your amp of AV unit.

These can't accept the usual banana plugs. You might just able to get some bare wire in the very small socket if you scrunched it up Otherwise avoid.
