Gluten free, organic and vegan friendly.
This is a delicious spaghetti! It's made of two organic ingrediance: 75% rice flour and 25% quinoa. That's a great gluten free alternative to normal spaghetti and it's suitable to vegans, which is always a bonus. It cooks to aldente and has a little bit more chewy texture then normal pasta. It is also quite pale in colour. This spaghetti is a source of protein and is actually very filling. I really like it and it's always in my cupboard. Very good!

Great for elimination diet
I got this spaghetti because I'm currently on an elimination diet and I'm only allowed certain ingredients. This spaghetti is made from pure organic ingredients (just rice and quinoa) but it tastes delicious! I takes a little bit longer to cook than normal spaghetti and standard gluten free spaghetti but honestly if you want good, pure ingredients this is the spaghetti you want. It also has a lovely smooth texture and isn't chewy at all. I did buy this in a pack of 4 and was sent 1 and I think the packs got discontinued, but the seller rectified this for me.

Best alternative spaghetti that I've found...
OK, so this spaghetti might be a bit pricier than the other alternatives out there but I cannot recommend this pasta enough. It retains it's texture and is so like normal wheat spaghetti, you could be fooled into believing it's the real deal! I am about to order another 8 packets I like it so much. Definitely worth the extra money.

Very misleading description....
Just arrived. VERY MISLEADING title of product where it says 250mg pack of 4 and if you don't select the drop down box then it is only 1 box and not a pack of 4.

Amazing spaghetti!
I have switched to a gluten free diet for the last 2 years but I always loved spaghetti. All the gluten free pasta that you can find in Waitrose or Sainsburys have so many bad ingredients to make for the gluten that will make your head spin. I got these a few weeks ago and there are unbelievably tasty and light. I swear that they taste better than wheat pasta. I am literally blown away. You won't be disappointed. The best part is they only have 2 ingredients. Only 2. Not 22. Quinoa and rice.
