Good for the price paid
Easy to install..read the small actual instructions given in actual product. Look closely on the product and you’ll find it. Piece of cake installation. VFM.very sturdy operation. Not sure how long it’ll last but hoping it will last long.

One lock cap missing
Product is no doubt good and value for money. But, one lock cap is missing in one piece of Support .As ,one of the product is already being used before checking all product properly so it can not be returned.Otherwise , there is no issue found till now .

Wrong weight load supplied.
The media could not be loaded. It's lovely and easy to install and the instructions are easily placed on the plastic cover so it's never lost.However a little bit of your own judgement is required. I ordered a 10kgs gas spring but was supplied a 5kgs one. As I had over compensated on the weight requirement, I have not returned it...... I'm happy with it and the cost was approx the same for both.
