Nisha Henna Based Color Dye For Hair (0.3 Ounce (Pack of 6), Natural Black)

This stuff is beyond amazing. Ive been dyeing my hair black for almost 7 years in an attempt to make it healthier. (It was peroxide blonde before). Its pretty hard to screw up black, I will admit. But this applied without making a mess in the bathroom. I let it sit for two hours. Then ot washed out with no mess. My hair feels soft, solidly black and no awful smell. I'm sold. just updating to say, I'm ordering this for the third time because I'm terrified theyll stop making it...as thats my curse. to find something I love and it is discontinued. seriously, I'm in love with this stuff. so easy and not nearly as messy as regular dye. I've even noticed Im losing less hair.

It works well but I was allergic to it

This stuff is good it colors all my grey hair. I usually leave it on for at least an hour I think the directions say 20 minutes but I let is sit longer. It has no chemicals so I'm never worried it's going to damage my hair. My hair is a bit hard afterwards but I just put some conditioner in it for a few minutes and that does the trick. Good stuff I will continue to use it for life!!

This product deceptively uses words like "herbal protection" and "natural henna based." Fortunately, I did a skin test on my arm before applying to my beard. In two days, I had a major welt on the test area. The fine print on the package indicates that this product contains Phenylenediamine and p-Phenylenediamine. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The mix looks brown but it does dye black. It did not cover all my white hairs. Feels way healthier than regular dye and easy to wash off in the shower.

This Henna-based color is perfect for our needs. My husband color his hair weekly.. yep.. weekly... I purchased this originally for myself (the wife) for my thick long hair. I wanted to try henna, no (or less) harmful chemicals like my regular with ammonia. While this does not last a long, am happy with it as it does not damage my hair. I introduced it to my hubby, and he loves it, and does not use any other product anymore. I purchase the big packs now.. We purchase small packs, good for travelling. And of course, I tried the other colors too! (but black for hubby all the time). I just hope that the price of this product will just remain affordable.

Not recommended for black womens hair. Thinned out my hair, especially my edges.

Wow. This was much better than the henna product I used to use--and that product was pretty good. Nisha cost less, produced a more natural black color, and my hair was softer and more manageable. Thumb's up!

Product has full coverage and doesn’t wash out quickly. Gentle fade over time. Be super careful when dying (rinsing the dye) in the bathtub though… can stain white ceramic tubs. Recommend rinsing the dye in a stainless steel kitchen sink.

Great product does great job easy to apply, left in for 2 hours, used 2 packs for shoulder length hair, would suggest 3 or 4 packs for thick hair. gorgeous jet black will re-order

This is definitely not natural hair dye. I'm allergic to PPF in hair dye, so I have to go for natural ingredients hair dye. Unfortunately this is not one of them. After treatment, got a severe reaction and my scalp is red swollen. Pus began to ooze out from the pores. I have to see a doctor for steroid spray
