Exactly average. Nothing special, nothing terrible. It works but I've had better products for similar prices. So far so good.

5 stars for the price. It definitely feels cheap but it works good for the price. We just got it and my 5 year old has been playing it. No comments on charging or reliability but so far it does exactly what it's advertised to do.

I don’t know if three stars is fair or not, but that is what I’m giving it. I basically bought this for Tetris. It’s hard to find a Tetris only game nowadays, and I bought this to see how good their version was and how the other games, which I considered a bonus, were. This is definitely a poor man’s version of a GameBoy, which shouldn’t be a surprise. This is where the fairness of the rating comes in. If you’re just looking for some games for your kid to play for cheap, this is a five star purchase. It works as intended. If you are looking for the classic games you played as a kid on GameBoy, or something pretty close to that, it’s probably one or two star purchase. The Tetris knockoff was fine, but it didn’t seem as good as the original. Maybe it moved slower. I could be wrong. But Tetris aside, I tried playing the other games and found them boring. They are like professional versions of games you would create while learning to code or something. The frogger game I tried was nothing like the arcade version. So just think about what you want. This is a good buy as a toy for a kid. And while they have a few versions of games you used to play, they don’t seem close enough to the original to be fun for an adult. Considering the price, I didn’t expect too much, and I feel like I was still underwhelmed.

Only 8 games are functional! The 8 are just ok for a minute or two of play…the buttons aren’t properly labeled so I had to label them myself….bought this for a Grandson as a beginner player…but without the buttons being labeled…it was very hard for him to navigate for a while…. You have to hit Reset to get out of the game, the Select button has not responded to anything, the screen goes black or scrambled on certain games,Also know that it does not come with a USB outlet cube, so you’ll need to invest in oneThis is a Misrepresented item…. I did contact Amazon…and they gave me 50% back on the price and I did not have to return it…if I wanted to return it, they would have taken it back and given me a full refund…but I am a 24/7 care giver of my dying husband and didn’t want to have to hassle a return….hint, hint….Target will give full refund and no return hassles….the reason I know this is because I have ordered from them and when the items is not up to par, they do not want their customers to have to deal with anything or be stuck with the item that is not as described…they appreciate our purchases as customersI can not get out and about…so I have to buy almost on line without actually touching or handling something one on one…so as the luck of the draw goes…I do come across an item that is not worthy from time to time, and really appreciate a company who responds wholly to that situation

Ordered two of them for my kids and they love them

These games are so great - the kids LOVE it - and play with it everyday! Wasn't sure if it was too young for them (I have one for each of my 8.5 and 11 year old boys) but they seem to like it a lot! Great price and purchase. They have an xbox for minecraft but still like this one for the simple games.Update: 7 months later and the boys are still playing with them and they work perfectly. They even brought it with them camping for when it rained and we ended up staying in the trailer.Update #2: it’s the summer of 2024 and my kids, now 10 and 12 1/2 both play with them still and they are in working order. No issues!

Happy with the purchase. Some of the games are good but most are average but for my 7 year old it is good. There are some games that are violent but it is not as realistic as modern games. My soon loves it and it gives us an option when he is bored.

This is a decent video game console for kids. I bought it for my son who is 4 and it took a little time for him to get used to it but he loves it very much. we do limit his game time but he looks forward to it every day. Some of the controls are a little bit tricky to understand but with 100 games, the kid is always engaged. A good console for a decent price.I also had an issue with the product I received as it was flickering so the seller sent me a new one right away. So, customer service has been great.
