Healthful addition to flour base recipes
Great stuff. Itโs supposed to be better for health than bleached flour. I use it to replace some of the flour in my recipes. It has a slightly different taste, so it might take some people time to get used to it, but I like it.

Dying for pancakes!
I have a very limited diet, single food at a time (no combining), no ordinary breads, crackers, grains, corn -- exception amaranth and quinoa. So, decided maybe I could make pancakes with amaranth flour. 4 ingredients: flour, tiny bit of baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, water; with olive oil in the pan. Not your light and fluffy -- but fills my bread craving. (The quinoa flour "pancakes" weren't as good.) I'm pleased with this flour. It's not easy to find. Thank you, Amazon!

Like flour made from the scrap bucket leftovers at an animal surgery center
Yuck. Just, yuck. I'm the person who eats gross food because I hate the idea of wasting it. I'll do what I can to justify to myself ingesting bizarre food like coffee with cardamom, or an exotic bluish rice from the Asian grocery that tastes like a toenail (real examples). However, I couldn't bring myself to eat this. Imagine scraping the inside of a groi...erh, armpit...after 3 days without a shower, then drying it in an outhouse for a week, and finally using a mallet made from congealed eels to pound it into a powder. That's what this stuff made me think of.
