Quite good, a little small
when it arrived, it was smaller than expected, it took a few tries to get the filling amount right but once I did, it did the job

Instructions would have been useful - despite claim that it is not necessary
Need to flour this first so that pasties do not stick to the mould when trying to release them. This is something you only learn by trial and error and therefore it would have been useful if some instruction had been included - dont really think its sufficient to state "you dont need instructions". Having said that - with a bit of trial and error the empanada maker worked very well once I got used to it - it is well made and fairly easy to clean. All-in-all well worth the money.

A bit hit and miss
Very difficult to get nice clean defined pastry from the cutters. Edges do not seal and stick to the cutter. It's a bit hit and miss.
