I have gone down quite a bit since my delivery and ordered this postpartum belt pretty late but I've only been wearing it for a week for about 6-8 hours when I'm most active. I mainly bought this item because of the back support it offers because I have a serious backaches if I stand or sit for extended periods. So far, I'm pleased with the results. I have fewer backaches and it helps to reduce instances of me slouching and it doesn't ride up or develop folds like other waist trainers. The material is very strong and comfortable. I must admit that I miss feeling my baby's tummy against me when feeding though. I tested all three rows of hooks since I got it and they are very sturdy. I'm pleased with my purchase so far. The packaging wasn't amazing but substantial. It arrived in a clear ziplock bag.

Good product for the value. Good material, well assembled, and the best part are the 3 rows of hooks so you can track your progress adding a sense of accomplishment. The material holds up to being stretched tight and so do the hooks. The zip adds extra security for comfort and support. The straps are adjustable and do not squeeze the upper body too much. I had a baby in March and have severely lessened my activities since the current world situation happened so I am excited to see my progress. I will follow up in a few weeks! I am 5’11 200-210lbs post baby (usually 175lbs) and fit a large snug.

Good and resistant Material. But but not very precise on the size. Went according to the size chart provided. And still big for me. Maybe should’ve gone down one or even two sizes.

This support belt has been a huge help in my diastis rectis. I love the support it gives to my back everyday. I also love how comfortable it is to wear ALL day. My clothes fit well over it and is not noticeable. I also love the extra push up it does for my breasts. I wore for a month consistently and already need a smaller size. This band is cost efficient and I don’t mind purchasing another one to help me in my Diastis Rectis journey. I also workout in this and it helps me keep correct posture which is very important especially post baby.

This waist trainer was disappointing mainly because it did not give me the compression I wanted. It is comfortable and makes me feel like there is compression, but when I look at the pictures of me wearing it vs. me not wearing it, it looks about the same. For how thick it is, I would think it would offer more compression. I bought a size small as I am normally a medium at 5' 4.5'' and 156 lb, 10 weeks postpartum. I have 16 lbs of weight to loose before I get back to pre-pregnancy weight, which means 16 lbs of pure fat. Most of that is on my belly, and this does not hide that very well at all. It does define my curves a little more and supports my breasts, so they're more perky and not so saggy. But the whole reason I bought this was for pelvic support and belly compression. I didn't get much of either. I also don't like how the zipper does not sit straight, but sticks out in places, so you can tell I am wearing something underneath instead of getting a nice, smooth look, almost making me look fatter than I am. I can see this making a difference for someone who is a lot more overweight if you buy a size down or two (I don't know if you'll be able to close it then, but the material seems pretty strong). However, if you're closer to my size, look elsewhere, as I now need to. Maybe go for something thinner and slicker.
