Nalgene Tritan Wide Mouth BPA-Free Water Bottle, Green, 32 oz

Great water bottle! The wide mouth makes it easy to fill and drink from. The cap is spill proof and idiot proof - I'm awful at getting water bottle caps on all the way, but this one is simple and effortless. It refuses to screw on crooked, so you won't accidentally spill. The loop that holds the cap onto the bottle is a good way to hold it (I have small hands which don't fit around the bottle very well) and feels sturdy. I am positive that if Napoleon Dynamite's brother tried to run this sucker over, it wouldn't break. It doesn't smell or give off any funny tastes. Good price for an excellent quality water bottle that will last a very long time.

Definitely holding up excellent reputation of the Nalgene brand with the water bottle; I bought it nearly 4 years ago and still use it today (with regular washings of course, which is made SO much easier by the wide mouth). This bottle has survived countless hiking, camping, biking trips on top of two seasons of archaeology fieldwork abroad in a tropical country. I have recently bought a second of the same type (glow in the dark colored!) to carry my dog's water in when we go on a hike or to the dog park so she can get some exercise - it's the perfect amount of water for an extremely active dog (plus her friends) and her collapsible bowl attaches perfectly with a small carabiner to the lid strap.

This is my fourth Nalgene water bottle. They are dependable, they work as intended and durable. These have the big mouth opening and the screwable cap to contain roughly a little more than 1,000ml or more than 32fl oz. Did i mention they have a myriad of colors and are cheap! I have bought the red, clear and blue previously and decided to go with the green this round. Way to go Nalgene.

Great water bottle, this thing is nearly indestructible! I've dropped it onto concrete a few times and it only left a few scratches. I forget to take it out of the freezer every now and then and the ice never cracks the bottle. I use this with a water filter and it works great. Cleaning is pretty easy (I just pour a few drops of dish washing soap in there and shake it around a bit and finish it off with a scrub from a bottle brush). Overall, I have nothing bad to say for this bottle. Plus its BPA free, whatever that means.

This is your standard Nalgene water bottle, great for hiking, school, work, whatever. The seal is perfect and the bottle itself is durable enough to survive a lot of drops, which I can't say for some other water bottles made of thinner, more brittle plastic. It also hides scuffs decently well and the color is great. On top of that I love putting tea into it, as the bottle is BPA-Free, I don't have to worry about the heat bringing contaminants or chemicals into my tea! Love it!

So, I am not carrying this bottle around everywhere with me. I work from home. I don't mind tap water, but I also like really cold water but am not a fan of ice cubes. We have a nice but older LG refrigerator that we have to change the water filter on every few months regardless of use, so I tend to try to use that instead of the tap. The only problem is you can't easily fill anything larger than a pint glass easily from the dispenser and the water flow is really, really slow. So I got this bottle knowing I only had to fill it twice a day and I keep it in the fridge so I have instant cold, filtered water. Plus it is nice knowing it is American made and built for constant travel and use, so it is easy to grab if I'm going on a hike or just running some errands and want to have an insurance drink with me. While I don't plan to put the bottle through the paces, I have a very active friend who referred this bottle to me and it never leaves their side, so I can vouch for the ruggedness of it as well. For the price, size, durability, being American made, being BPA free, and having helpful measurement amounts printed on the bottle, you really can't go wrong

The bottle I bought, sold and shipped by Amazon, had scuff marks and scratches on it. I'm guessing it was just kept in some bin somewhere with a whole bunch of other bottles like it, which probably caused the scratches. I don't think it would be that hard to wrap it in a little layer of plastic or something just so that it comes to the buyer looking new still. That being said, the bottle is fine. It holds enough water for my purposes, is a nice bright green, and it looks good with the pillid and insulator I also bought. I wish I could get a bottle in this exact size, shape, and maybe even color but made of glass. I think plastic is affected by the flavor of anything you put in it. I really like to add a little lemon flavor to my water sometimes, which causes a problem for me. The wide mouth is great for adding ice or fruit, if that's your thing. It isn't harder to drink out of or anything, so there's basically no reason to get the narrow mouth bottle. I will probably buy this again to replace my current one when the plastic has leached a bunch of gross flavors. It's cheap enough that I don't feel bad about having to replace the entire thing or even parts of it, which is a pain with my Camelbak.

Nalgene bottles are the greatest water bottles out there, you can store any kind of liquid in them and not have to worry about the bottle trapping the flavoring or whatever you put in it and transferring it to the next beverage you store in the bottle. When I was in Boy Scouts we would even use these bottles to store raw eggs for large batches of scrambled eggs. Just crack the eggs into the bottle add the ingredients you want and store Ina cooler. When ready to cook shake the bottle to mix it up and pour it in the pan. Clean out the bottle good and it could be used for drinking still. Nalgene bottles truly are versatile in their uses.

Sturdy material...

Awesome

Senz'altro da consigliare, Nalgene for ever.
