They look good, much nicer looking than the cheap discoloured plastic ones. Seem good quality. They have a larger base than the plastic ones of the same size, so had to enlarge the opening a bit.

These are good looking adj vents that seem to be made well and should last. The only thing that I think they could have done better is pack them better for shipping the 4 inch ones I got were in plastic mailing envelopes and one arrived bent. I was able to straighten it up good enough to use. I didn't deduct any stars for it because it was a shipping problem not the part

Admittedly I'm not using these vents for anything near their intended purpose. They're gonna be air-extractors on a custom car build. I needed a chrome look so I polished away the brushed-metal finish for a more reflective surface. As others have pointed out, you don't press the center section to open and close it. It spins on a screw, so clockwise closes it, counter-clockwise opens it. It's possible to spin it too far, at which point the whole thing just falls off. I'm not using that center section, so that's no big deal to me. They look great, they're fairly sturdy, and exactly what I needed!

Well built, functions as expected for my application.

I could wish it opened a little further, other than that, good job, guys.
