I Love this for an easy cold prevention/treatment. They are great for if you have a sore throat, no big pill to swallow. and they are sweet so there's no nasty medicinal taste. They really do trim down the duration of a cold/flu if you catch it early. I'll occasionally take them as prevention of someone in my office falls ill.

And we followed the instructions on the box and online, and it's basically dissolve one ampule under the tongue 3 times a day for approximately 5 days or to go a full day Beyond when symptoms disappear. we also use it for fall allergies In which we would just use about a third of an ampule at night for about a week. And it 's surprising how allergy symptoms feel Less troublesome after a day or two. Each dose is an ample or an individual container full of very small pearl, like bits of medicine that dissolve under your tongue and are a little bit like sugary candy. You don't need water to take them. I've read a lot of the thousands of reviews, and it seems people who use these regularly love them and theres a lot of negative comments too which I don't understand because my family has purchased this product for years. And we wouldn't do that If it didn't work for us.

We buy this every season. It's not uncommon that if I feel myself starting to get sick I'll take one of the doses and typically after several hours or the next morning it seems as though the symptoms have passed. I will never not have it on hand as a result. Love how cost effective it is and how many doses come in the packaging.

LOVE these! I have used them for decades and seen a difference the whole time. They are most effective if you take them the moment you think you're coming down with something. Place them under your tongue and let them dissolve. Don't eat around that time. They are very powerful. They are great for aches and even a little with an upset stomach. They don't do much for a cold. I know they are expensive but what is your time worth if you could avoid being sick for a few days! Not 100% effective but when taken right away probably end 60% of my sicknesses. Repeat treatment every 6-8 hours.
