Wish It Was Bigger! - The roomie and I are trying to get in shape, so when I opted to review this product in exchange for getting the poster for free, we cleared space in our living room for our yoga mats and tacked this poster on the wall. I blame my vision, because the poster size is clearly shown in the product description, but it was difficult to make out all of the positions from the wall, so we just propped it up against some books in front of our mats on the floor. With the exception of the two headstand positions, this is a great beginner's collection of poses for non-stretchy ladies who have never attended a yoga class before (like myself and my roommate). Another plus: the poster is laminated, so it handles abuse and spills pretty easily. Review: Like the poster - Like the poster, but 1-it says it is beginning poster for yoga and it shows a person doing headstand without their arms. (I am a yoga teacher and I am certain this is an advanced posture.) 2- the poster edge was bent when I received it so it doesn't stay on the wall very well.
