Great fiber supplement. Easy on the stomach.
I love this fiber supplement. It is easy to mix with either hot or cold drinks. I usually mix it with my protein shake and collagen powder for my breakfast. It really helps with my digestion being on GLP1 medication.

Will definitely repurchase
Wanted to upkeep our fiber intake while on vacation and this was great. So much cheaper than the competitors and it has the same amount of fiber. Small and easy to carry anywhere for an extra boost of fiber. Dissolves fairly quickly, sometimes thereโs a few tiny particles left but if you leave your drink rest for 3 minutes they will disolve on their own. The best part is that it was TRULY flavorless.
