Love the safe, easy to use, interior was not as well put together as i had thought. The felt in the back corners is crooked, just stuffed in the corner, but once you put anything in you can't see it anyway.Used my prime membership for free shipping, and let me tell you that AMAZON is amazing at this. I ordered to have it shipped to my home. They actually shipped to my work address and I had to refuse delivery as I had no way of loading it in a pickup etc.So, I contact Amazon, they correct the error, send me an email the same day confirming that they will reship to my home. A few day later I get a call from the shipper, make the appointment, they show up with two guys to unload and bring the unit into my house. All I have to do is cut off the cardboard and slide into place.Great Service, Great Customer Service and follow up, I could not be happier with the product or Amazon,

Given the price of the safe I am someone disappointed with the safe. There were nicer safes that I could have gotten locally but they were all too heavy for an upstairs floor. This safe on top of a 4x8 sheet of plywood is the max a second floor floor can handle. My complaints about the quality stem from multiple areas:- The arrived with one of the rifle standoffs sheered from the safe- The mark for one of the two anchor holes was not in the correct place- The interior rails for shelves are not aligned correctly. There is no way to have the interior shelves be level.- The riffle stand off height is way too high. I had to use one of the shelves as a base to allow any of my rifles(An AR-15 and a 10/22) to actually reach the standoffsI am keeping the safe because of the hassle of getting a new one, but I wouldn't recommend anyone else buying one.

Ok so nothng wrong with safe except for electronic lock part, it will only hold a charge with nine volt battery for a couple of days. I have given up on the electronic lock and use the key exclusively. Very disappointing.

Well I bought this from Walmart but thought I'd share about the product. The first 2 safes shipped were damaged and returned. The third had some minor dings from shipping but small enough to accept. The packaging is weak weak weak. Between the weak packaging and the shipping handlers combined to allow the damage. Anyway...Got it into the house and tried to setup the electronic key. It did not work!!! What a POS I thought. Luckily the second safe was still here waiting for pickup. I swapped the electronics and it is working now. Geez! Overall the workmanship is not very good. Other reviews have noted the same things I see. Shelves can not be made level, door is not snug, carpet is weak. Also when I had the inside door cover off to replace electronics I found the insulation was all floppy. Just overall poor craftsmanship. I was hoping for good quality. Not to be.

The safe was delivered on time. Had to pay an extra $20 for the guys to bring it in the house. If you have a dolly you could easily do it yourself. No scratches or issues. The shelving is kind of cheep and it not completely carpeted all the way around. I don't understand why Stack On would cut any cost there. Very easy fix though. Also, the door and door handle on the safe wiggles a bit. It is not completely tight. However, no doubt that it will do what it is built for. There are two pre drilled holes on the bottom. I would recommend bolting it down. I don't see how one could fit 14 guns in there. All in all a nice secure safe if bolted down. You could probably find a better safe for the money, but given the current times with all the gun issues it is what it is.

Good price and good quality. It is easy to use and has enough room for what we have.

The stack on 14 gun safe works out really well for me. I would never be able to get 14 rifles with scopes and all of the accessories that I have on my rifles in this safe. However, because of the shelves that come with it I am able to get about 14 guns in this safe because several of my shelves have 2 pistols on them. The code for the door is re-programmable and it is easy enough to get done. I really like the way that it locks in place. It is very heavy to move around. I would recommend a few people move it just so that the strain doesn't get to be too much. But I really like the touch of the safe metal. Very smooth. Very well designed. I like it a lot.

Arrived without the advertised included backup key, contacted customer service and was told too bad you'll have to buy one, $$, after paying for notarized paperwork submission and waiting to find out if that arrives. Now the keypad doesn't work right and now I've contacted customer service about that; it's been weeks without any response concerning the defective product, but they wanted a positive review of their customer service. I'm not sure which is worse, the product or the customer service. Either way, not buying a stack on (or cannon or other alpha guardian) product again. Now to punch and peel the door, once i get a new safe...maybe the scrapyard will pay me something for the old one.
