Holes are off by 1/4” on back 2, anybody else have to drill frame?

Just tried to install mine to find out it was also 1/4inch off

what ball mount should i get

The hitch would require a 2" ball mount.

will it fit 2009 silverado ls double cab?

I mounted mine on a 2014 double cab, long bed. Had it installed at a local auto shop. Its fit perfect. Very nice receiver and cost about 1/3 cost of a dealer installed.
