We bought these stools for when we have too many guests in the house and need extra seats. We wanted stools that were stackable so they'd be easy to store and not fall over. Here's our thoughts so far:Love that they are only 18 inches high!! That means that my guests can sit at table height.They have turned out to be practical in lots of situations. I can use them outside the house and take them to our BBQ and tailgates. My little sister Ashley likes that they don't weigh as much as the wooden stools that we used to have. She and our grandma can carry them easily. They look modern too and it's a nice plus to know that they are made from recycled plastic and that we are actually helping the environment. Highly recommend this product!

These are very light weight and easy to move around. They stack all together for easy storage. I use them for flexible seating in my 2nd Grade classroom! One of the support pieces that connects the legs was broken on the second day I had these but this was due to a student intentionally making it pop with his heel. I feel like they are pretty sturdy and the one that is broken is still being used....

Like the look of the stools and they stack very nicely. However, I did have a second grade crack one of them within the first week. I guess she tried to stand on the cross section :( but I still use it and it is still very stable.

ETA: These are complete trash. Even with perfect use the charis were snapping and breaking. They leave sharp jagged edges and are dangerous. What else can I say? Student was using product for less than 10 minutes when all of a sudden there was a loud explosive noise. Pieces of plastic were shot across the room and the stool is now useless. I'm sure the student was using the stool improperly, leaning or something like that. However, I was looking for stools that would be useful in the classroom thus the one star. Not sure if I can be refunded for one stool or if one lone stool can be sent as a replacement. I will update this post if so. Hopefully the other five will not meet the same demise.

I purchased these to be used in my Third Grade classroom for small group instruction. By the end of the first 9 weeks of school, I am down to 3 stools. These stools not only break/crack, but when they do pieces of them get flung across the room. My students are scared to sit in them now because of how quickly they break. I do not recommend them.

Seems like negative reviews are isolated to the blue color so maybe the process for those is defective because my beige stools are holding up perfect! I use them as outdoor seating mainly for adults by the pool and even plant stands for heavy bulky pots. None have faded or cracked 1 year. The color, height and quality was as expected. Great bang for the buck! (and no i wasn't paid for my review, just promoting the truth for good karma:))

I bought these for my classroom and our class got used to the "snap" sound of when it breaks. Of course, some of the kids weren't sitting on it right, but still... I hoped these would last longer than a few weeks. I have been duct-taping them. Sad.

I have these in my classroom for 1month and already 5/6 have been accidentally broken by my students. I have 2- 5 graders so we are not talking kids who weigh 200 lb. I would not purchase these!
