I don't think that they are accurate enough.If your serious about dieting and measuring your ketones,taking a blood sample is the most accurate way to do it.Expensive to do it that way though.The other cheap option is to buy a semi conductor breathelyzer and blow into that to get your readings.

Hourglass symbol is shown so product will only last 30 months which is 2.5 years You have put on packaging that it expires 10.2021!!!.. so thats 4 years from that date!!!!!..If you actually look on the strips the shelf life for this specific product is only 2 years.If people are using this for diabetes which could be life threatening then this is very bad.

Giving this a 2 star, the price is great, the amount you get is awesome... Problem is the quality and accuracy of these tests are very poor.After one use I did as instructed, re-sealed the pack and kept it in a mild-cool environment. But I found as soon as that package has been opened for that 1 stick the rest after a day is no good no matter what I do or how its stored.This result was the same for all the packets I received
