Does anyone know if these are both gluten and soy free?

Ingredients Omega 3, gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel color, natural lemon flavor, mixed tocopherols, fish oil (anchovy) and soy (tocopherols). The last ingredient is SOY!

Pills are stuck together in one big mass. How to separate them?

O3 capsules can sometimes stick together due to sometimes extreme weather conditions while your product is in transport or when your package is left out in the sun. Please try to shake the bottle (we normally shake it with the bottle on one hand against the other hand) and normally that easily helps in "unclumping" the capsules inside the bottle. If for some reason it is still stuck all together (which shouldn't be the case) - please feel free to connect with customer support and just send a picture of the defective capsules along with a picture of the batch number/expiration date of the bottle and we will gladly make arrangements with you on how you can get a replacement for that.
