Good replacement batteries
Work well, and last a pretty long time .almost as long as the milwaukee brand. Haven't heated up like other brands i have tried. All in all a very good alternative to name brand batteries. Sometimes a bit tough to remove just remember to pinch towards the front and they slide out pretty easily.

Hard to tell a difference(I have a lot of m12 batteries and tools)
To start out these batteries fit well in all the tools Iโve tried it in on the m12 platform and have run every tool Iโve tested them with seemingly identical. One thing Milwaukee is known for is the quality and durability of their batteries. Also the technology in the tools and batteries to communicate with each other to avoid damage to either the battery or tool. They last long for the workday and last a years before failing. That being said I remain concerned putting one of these on certain hi drain tools such as m12 circ saw, sawzall, and running them really hard for long periods of time. I have multiple led lights on the m12 platform that I like to use these to rotate on.. I think I have 10 or more Milwaukee m12 genuine batteries: 3-6ah, 3-4ah, and 4-2ah (or 1.5ah). I have at least 10 m12 tools including the usb charger. Iโve had these for 5+ years and 90% of them still perform very well with heavy use. Iโve run hundreds of thousands of 3โscrews in my m12 fuel 3rd gen.. If youโre still reading Iโm guessing youโre well into the platform and likely know im right and thereโs a reason there are so many red fans. In that case Iโd tell you just order a couple. You spend more on bits and blades.. Obviously if cost isnโt a factor Iโd say go buy genuine batteries in a tool set deal from Home Depot because they are super well made and dependable.. and I have no regrets doing that for work. The rubber on the bottom is a bit better on the genuine ones and will likely last longer. Iโve only had these in rotation for about 3 months but so far money well spent. They run in my impact just fine running 3โ deck screws, these are a great price, have a battery life indicator button on the back, and are hard to tell a difference in any tool so far. I will try and update if they fail. I bought a single 6ah then I got a 2 pack a little after. If your just getting into the m12 platform Iโd say go buy a drill set that comes with batteries when Home Depot has Christmas deals or โspecial buy of the dayโbut never pay full price for their batteries alone.. They are great but priced insanely too high.

Not bad but not close to OEM
Not a bad battery, good life, decent power. As tested on the torque test on youtube it tops out at 278ft lbs on the 1/2 gen 2 stubby milwaukee impact. oem milwaukee 6ah battery did 320ft lbs and the high output milwaukee battery 408 ft lbs. So there is a huge difference in tool power but its still a decent battery for light duty stuff

These work great. I'd say their workload is about 80% of a branded battery at like 20% of the cost (I didn't do the math). They have been working wonderfully so far. I read a review on another off-brand battery that said impact durability can be a problem since they don't have a rubber bottom. So I'm careful when putting the tool down. You can buy rubber protectors if you care.

Good alternative
I saw these batteries and the cost of them. I wasn't sure what to expect, but figured for the cost what did I have to lose. So far I am impressed with them. I charged them when I first bought them and haven't had a need to charge them again. I use one on a Milwaukee 1/4" impact gun that gets used multiple times a week. The other is for misc. M12 products. They fit just as good as the original. I like they have an intergrated battery meter. I can tell no difference in their operation or weight. I would definitely buy again.
