Yes, I had one too. This summer I went to a water park and wore it all day. I have been wearing these braces for about 6 years now daily. I have not found a brace that works better shot of an AFO. The brace lasts me about a year before I have to replace it and straps every 6 months.

Q: What's the return policy on this item?

It was easy to return. Mine did not work out for me and I just returned via the Amazon return policy

Q: Can I swim in a pool using this brace? Please advise.

While I never did [swim wearing it], I would think it's okay to wear the brace in water, because I never had any problems getting it wet.
