Review for: Honda Pilot 07 LX+ HYB CANBUS Ballast with 5K HID bulbs! Wow results!!!!
Great product. Ballast are quality products. No flickering. The light output is white Bright and consistent. Installed on a Honda Pilot 07, LX. I used the premium ballast, on the OEM projectors and went with a pair of 5K HIDs for maximum visibility. All I can say is Amazing results. The lights seems to get brighter and brighter with each use, and so far I have around 2-3 hours on them with night driving so maybe they get brighter- not a whole lot of use. Great product! Easy to install took ten- fifteen minute max. I got the premium, and it was plug and play. I researched at least 20-25 other products and by far these were the best ballast that were available with great reviews. Hereโs the links to the HIDs that I used

Good ones!!! I recommend them! To much bright now!!
I hope my review can result informative for someone,as I couldnโt find Any with my car and situation here ... it Really sucked ,and after a while looking I realize that my car wasnโt going to work with led headlights, be aware if you ya e a Dodge Avenger or similar and have flickering issues you definitely need those, CANBUS system, not different and those are complete as they has capacitor as well, good packaging, shipped on time Worked perfectly with a regular HID till the moment no complaints, just the fact that there are so many cables and the transformer depending on the space youโre counting with.. could be difficult the installation, besides that I thing this product worth So far the price For such a quality ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป Of course my review could change otherwise....wait to see And well , itโs been some time and theyโre still working good

not stable enough for my 2013 GL450
UPDATE - 11/13/2019, seller contacted me and wanted to work out a solution, giving them one additional star ... the product really was easy plug and play and worked as intended and designed ... the problem I think is the incompatibility with my specific car's circuitry ... IT ONLY happens (see below), when my car's automatic dusk sensor kicks in to turn the car's headlights on while already driving ... it does not happen when my car starts with the headlights on, the ballast works as intended ... but kudos for the seller reaching out to try and resolve the incompatibility ... it's just my particular car's circuitry ... Mercedes 2013 GL450 ORIGINAL - was switching out a 35w ballast for this 55w on Morimoto's 50W HID bulbs on a 2013 Mercedes GL450 ... my 35w worked/s flawlessly for 1.5 years ... was hoping this 55w ballast would make my 50w HID bulbs noticeably brighter, but I can hardly tell the difference ... BUT the biggest problem was this ballast was blinking on me left, right, left, right and then finally after a few minutes, only one remained on and the other one off ... but this ONLY happens when my car's automatic headlights comes on when approaching dusk ... if I were to start the car at night and it bulbs come on and stay on ... works fine ... I was able to duplicate the problem for 3 days in a row (and I was out of town ... freaked me out a bit having only one working light) ... so is not stable enough for my 2013 GL450.

Plug-and-play in existing xenon install.
This is the second set of these specific ballasts I've purchased and the first ones lasted a good long time until the annoying buzzing and then purple and then dead headlights. I like these specifically for the price. These and the Innovited brand are hard to beat. My headlights warm up within a few seconds and have a good consistent beam with these. The fit was perfect and I had zero issues with installation. Good mounting options as well. Will buy again! PS make sure you check your fuses too! Sometimes lower quality xenons blow fuses and you don't actually need new ballasts. Also, if your ballasts are bad and you still have problems after installing these new ones, check your fuses! Faulty ballasts can take fuses with them on their way out.

2017 RAM 3500
I hate the RAM canbus system. I have a 2017 RAM 3500 DRW HO. I have two sets of 35w HID ballasts sitting in a tool drawer at home but couldn't use them because as soon as you start the truck, it shuts both headlights off and gives me a warning message on the dash. All of that being said, it was cheaper do buy a new set of 55w ballasts with integrated CANBUS decoders than it was to buy a set of HID decoders. These ballasts had great reviews, had CANBUS decoders, were 55W and arrived fairly quickly. I have been using them for about 1 week with approximately 4 hrs on them and they still start and operate fine. They make no sound when charging up and reach max brightness after about 8-10 seconds. The ballasts says max brightness at 3 seconds, but I find that they still grow in intensity up until about the 10 second range (really who cares about a few more seconds) I will update this post if they take a turn toward the negative. Update: I have been using em for about 2 months now. They operate fine and I dont have any error messages, flickering, or light fade. I have one ballast under the fender and one taped to the fuse block. The one on the fuse block gets HOT. It hasn't failed but I am a little concerned by how hot it gets. second Update: Been going on 4 months now and have had no issues. Have the truck switch set to "Auto On" and they don't have any problems cycling on or off. No canbus messages on dash and light the road very well at night.

I give up on HID going back to LED
I purchased a xenonpro kit less than 6 months ago and the ignitors in the balast where already going bad. I purchased this kit to replace those. I replaced my passenger side 1st make it look fantastic, wires neat mounted all the components securely. I tested it and super bright. I continue and did the same to the driver side. Test it and driver side lights up but passenger side is out. Check my connections they were good. Test for 12v coming from the car it was good. I moved the Hid bulb to the driver side and it lit up fine. Ballast lasted all of 30 seconds. I love hid for the brightness but aftermarket kits are not worth the trouble. They are unreliable and you have to find somewhere to put all the extra wire and components. Modern LED headlights from a known good manufacturer are the way to go when replacing factory halogen bulbs.
