Would I be able to use this as a cake topper?

I don't think so. It's very small. I'm not the seller. I purchased one and it was too small for what I needed.

Will it sink in water? I was thinking about putting it in an aquarium.

I have tested it last night, and I can assure you that it behaves just like a real stingray: it hides silently at the bottom of the aquarium! :)
