Can i use this for an old scratch mark on my face

It may also diminish the effect of silicone in minimizing size of scar. Since Silicone Gel Sheet for Scar is to be placed on wound not more than 12 hours a day, ointment can be placed on scar during rest of 12 hours.

Can you cut this for smaller scars?

Yes, I always cut mine in half. You could pretty much cut them to any size.
