Steel Glide 3-Tray Industrial Commercial Service Cart, 300 LB Capacity, Black 28.1 x 17 x 30 in. on wheels

The company sent a new bottom tray when the first one was drilled incorrectly, but I couldn't know that the last tray was also drilled incorrectly until I waited for the new tray and tried to continue assembly. It was nice of them to send a new bottom tray, even though this set my project back a week, but a second major manufacturing mistake is unforgivable.

I too purchased this item and found out the top shelf has badly designed issue with the screw holes do not line up. When I read the review, I figured that the user was unlucky and got a bad unit, but it seems that there is a manufacturing flaw in this item.
