This thing is amazing!

This is so far the best nonstick skillet / fry pain I have purchased. I am very concerned with the toxicity of cookware. This is PFAO free, still browns foods, cleans with a simple dish towel. My wife likes to cook with nonstick cookware and it has become my go to for things like small meals, scrambled eggs, etc. I've only owned it for 2 months now, but it feels like it will hold up for years.Why are PFAO's a problem? The problem with PAFO and similar product has more to do with the endocrine system than with cancer.Below is an abstract from an article published by Authors: Casey E. Reed Suzanne E. Numerous endocrine organs may be targets for PFOA, including the brain, thyroid, pancreas, adipose tissue, ovary, uterus, testes, and breast. Developmental exposure effects have been reported on behavior, serum thyroid and gonadal steroid profiles, breast epithelial growth, and metabolic end points, such as serum insulin, leptin, and triglyceride levels and weight gain. Many of these PFOA-induced effects have been reported in two or more species. The mechanisms for these numerous effects are poorly understood and deserve further investigation to define the pathways that should be avoided as PFOA-replacement products enter the market.

I have had a hard time finding frying pans that don't burn eggs on one side of the pan and leave them raw on the other. Finally a frying pan that is even. My first square pan, but so glad I got it! Easy to get things in and out of it. Great pans! I want the whole set!

I wish I had purchased this pan years ago. It’s wonderful. I think it will last many, many years.I just got it yesterday and I’ve alreafy used it at least 5 times. It’s so easy to wash. I just ordered the lid today. This pan will be replacing several that I have been using. Awesome product. You won’t regret buying it.

I am very happy that I made this purchase. I have used numerous other non-stick skillets, only for them to end up in the trash after a few months.This is the right weight, not too heavy to handle in cooking or clean up. I have had the skillet for 3 weeks and everything so far has cooked up nicely, I have used it for pancakes, eggs and potatoes. Nothing sticks, browns goods, perfect every time. I plan on purchasing other pieces in the future. I would definitely recommend this skillet.

Love this pan. It’s very easy to clean and makes a great sear on meat and seafood! I use it nearly every night.

This pan replaces a ten year old square pan and is even better than the original pan. Very happy that I got it
