Nice product, handy, small perfect suits for students and professionals. I use this in coal mines to record test values rather than pen and book. It catches air noise but voice is very clear. I was worried about saved files but it is clear we can transfer files from recorder to pc for ease of access and also we can browse in device itself. Controls are simple. We can also customize Recording settings and play settings. Fully satisfied. I will review this after few days with its age about performance.

A compact and power packed digital recorder. The built feels good and sturdy. Sound quality and reproduction is excellent. Very useful to take dictations, record meetings and very easy to use. The tec support is excellent and is backed by team of dedicated people who will not just sell something and forget. I had a small issue with this initially and the team swung into action and fixed the same.

Excellent customer service. The product I recieved had a minor problem. Though the product was under warranty, the seller is in US and I was doubtful they would give any service in India. I send a mail to their US office and I got a prompt response. They said their Indian seller would contact me. And he did contact me promptly and arranged for a replacement piece within a week for no additional cost. The product is excellent and has crystal clear recording even in big auditoriums where I used it to record my speeches. Sound quality not good

Its a great product. The sound is very clear and loud. Brilliant for business and important notes. The best part was it arrived almost a week earlier and exactly on my birthday without any requests.

Not useful no return too costly

Parfaitement ce que je cherchais ! À la recherche d'un dictaphone simple, performant, peu cher et pratique pour faire des interviews, je suis tombé sur ce produit. Il répond à toutes mes attentes. Je pensais me retrouver avec un gadget en plastique qui ferai l'affaire et bien non. Il est de bonne qualité, en métal (important pour éviter les bruits parasites), de bonne autonomie et de bonne capacité. Recommandé ! Schon allein die Verarbeitung und Haptik wirken sehr hochwertig,dass Menü ist untuitiv und einfach zu bedienen,aber kommen wir zu dem,wofür das gerät gebaut wurde,die Aufnahmequlität. Habe es in verschiedenen Szenarien getestet,wenn man frei hereinspricht,ist die qualität wirklich nahezu Perfekt,hab man es in einer Tasche verstaut,ist der Ton zwar etwas stumpfer,aber dennoch sind die Aufnahmen klar zu hören. Ausserdem ist das Aufnahmegerät sehr laut für seine grösse,selbst Schwerhörige sollten da ihre Aufnahmen hören können. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung

Really love this. Easy to use, took less then 5 minutes to figure out how to use it and I didn’t even look at the instructions. Sound is great and pick up everything really well. Perfect size, easy to carry in your pocket or bag. So useful in lectures.
